TERMS

  • Arlingham House is offered by way of a new full repairing lease for a minimum
    Period of 10 years, subject to a rent review at the fifth year.

  • Rental:
    3000 sq.ft : £46,500 per annum, exclusive of VAT.
    1500 sq.ft : £24,600 per annum, exclusive of VAT.

  • Service Charge:
    A service charge will be levied to the occupier to cover the costs associated
    with the maintenance of landscaping, access road, office waste collection etc.

  • Planning:
    Offices (Class B1 of the Use Classes Order 1987)

  • Rating Information:
    We are verbally informed by the local Rating Authority that the following applies:

    Rateable Value £36,270 for 3000 sq ft.
    Rateable Value £18,135 for 1500 sq ft.
    Rate in £ 2004/2005: 0.456

  • VAT:
    HM Value Added Tax will be charged on the rental and service charge

  • Legal Costs:
    The ingoing tenant will be responsible for all parties legal costs incurred in the transaction.
